What a beautiful state TN is - especially near the mountains. The roads in TN are wonderful compared to where we live! After visiting it several times, we're still confused on which city to move to. Seymour? Morristown? Sevierville? We'll need jobs - which cities have the best jobs in or nearby? Newer housing? Mountain views? We're planning to start seriously visiting the area within the next 6 months - can anyone offer any insight to help us make this decision? Thank you!

Smile did you check out local online newspapers?

Dont know about Seymour, but found Sevierville a bit busy and congested but nice if thats what you want. Morristown is a nice city also. I and my Husband have bought property in the Rogersville/Bulls Gap area.
about 35 minutes to Morristown and Kings port which is one of the Tri Cities. If you want more info on the area, look at Tri Cities Online. hope this helps a little. Good Luck in your search!

Seymour is right in the middle of Knoxville, Maryville, and Sevierville, so it is very easy to get to any one of those cites to work and still have a peaceful setting (mountian views) at home without all the traffic.
