I know a man that swears up and down. And he has been sober and lucid when he said this. That he can take me to a spot somewhere north of I-40 in the eastern part of the state. We will find where BIGFOOT has beds, makes trail markings, leaves what's left of it's kills, and basically lives in general. Can do it any day of the week.
When he talks about this. The first thing that comes to my mind is a scene from Deliverance with Burt Reynolds. You can probably figure that one out.
Now that is pretty scary.

I have been there during the day and have felt a presence, but to actually see something, no. I have been thinking about going back at night to see if I will.

Talking Totally Haunted!

Me and my fiancee just moved out of Dyersburg in June, and I do have to say, we picked up on a creepy vibe while we lived there. There is no doubt that our house at the end of Wheeler St, near Parker, was haunted. We used to get the weirdest dreams, and hear things in the night... and the presence of someone (when we knew there was no one there) freaked up out, and many times had trouble sleeping. I love Dyersburg, big time, and I think the old architecture and historical buildings are the majority of it's charm... and I love how when you go there, you just KNOW that something big went down there quite a few times to give it that haunted feel. I love downtown, it's almost like in Back To The Future, and Marty gets into downtown and was like "what?"... downtown dyersburg reminds me of that town. It is definately creepy though.

The movie "Bell Witch Haunting" Bell Witch Haunting Movie was the best and most accurate film about the Bell Witch story. The original red book on the legend was creepy.

I don't know if it's haunted or not, but the prison that the Green Mile was filmed in is over off of Harding Place in South Nashville.
