I'd like to move to the Midlothian area where I have family. I'm currently in Minnesota and ready to leave a life of Winters behind.

Does anyone have advice on finding a full time job with benefits in that area? I've used some of the "well known" interenet job sites, but there is very little in the Midlothian area. I really don't want a commute of more than 20 minutes or so.

I'd like to find either more localized job boards or learn of some companies in that area where I could start watching their websites for postings. My background is diverse, from retail and food service to QA, engineering and IT, so once I know where to look I'm relatively confidant I'd find something.

Midlothian is about 30 minutes from the heart of Dallas, Arlington, Ft. Worth and the southern fringes of the cities are even closer. There's a lot of development in those areas so finding a job shouldn't be much of a problem. Check the Dallas Morning News Classified and the Ft. Worth Star-Telegram as well. They both have job listings for the metro areas closest to them. Midlothian may have job listings in both papers.
