Just asked my BF (who was raised in San Antonio) - he says "are" (for 'our') if it's in the middle of a word, and "owers" (for 'ours') if it's at the end. Incidentally, this is the same way I pronounce it, and my dialect is basically a mix of Standard American and northern Illinois/southern Wisconsin.

It really bothers me sometimes when people pronounce it "are". But I also don't like it when people leave out the T in "often".
