Texas isn't exactly the most dense state as far as population. It could be much worse, try New Jersey.

Most people don't realise how rural large parts of NJ actually are. However, the assertion of high population density in Texas as a state is absurd. Ever been west of the I-35 corridor?

The red light cameras have worked very well in my town. They had to work out a few bugs, at first, but it it's doing well, now.

Examples of a bug was where turning on a right lane when the light was red. People were ticketed but all were thrown out.

I remember running a red light, but it was not a blatant run. The system can tell if a car going at x miles per hour can stop in time. But they'll allow you to run the red light if, in certain circumstances. They don't want people to slam on the brakes in case somebody else is behind the first car, for example.

Guess I'm off topic a bit, but just thought I'd throw my two cents in for what it's worth.

Hey it rained last night! We got maybe about an inch of rain. Wind was up to 85 mph. And I slept through the whole thing. I hope our drought is over.

I dislike the bugs. I dislike the fact that we have no big, beautiful metro in the Piney Woods with great rapid transit.

Everything else is fine.
