Don't forget the other street bridges and the pedestrian bridge (curently under construction) that's apart of the TRV.

Well, to be honest, those ditches do tend to fill up with water so the bridge has to be there; it may as well look decent.

But, the use of city funds is a good argument. I do agree that there are a lot better things that the money could be used for Scarface.
