Looking for an apartment in Dallas/North Garland area-would appreciate help. (Mesquite: apartments, price)

Hi everyone. We are seeking an apartment in the Dallas area and having difficulty finding the right place. This seems like the right website to seek help so any suggestions would be helpful.

We are looking in the North Garland area but would also consider Richardson, Carrolton,Sachse,Wylie or North Dallas. We would not consider Mesquite or Frisco.

The major issue is that we have a dog(very friendly) but he's big..about 125 pounds. We need a place that accepts large dogs. He's not dangerious, on the contrary, he's very loving but most places seem to have a weight limit under 125.

We would want a place that's safe, clean and offers covered parking for at least one car. Our price maximum is 700-750. In terms of square feet ,we're looking for minimum 650.

And lastly, we're running into a problem with pet deposits. The places that will take large dogs are asking 7-800 dollars for a pet deposit. We realize all apartments require pet deposits but would like to keep it a bit lower, around the 300 maximum range.

It doesn't have to be a fancy place. Just safe, clean, affordable and able to take large dogs. We'd appreciate any suggestions.
