Does anyone have recommendations for a good high-speed internet service provider in Arlington?

Are there any good local providers? Or is it a ATT vs. Comcast vs. Time Warner choice?

You'll need to see who covers your area.

I had TWC in Arlington. It wasn't AWFUL, but I wouldn't use them again. I've had FiOS since (although I live in Dallas) and love it.

Thanks, k_s. FiOS doesn't seem to cover the area I'm moving to (southwest Arlington).

I have ATT here in Illinois, so I suppose I could stick with them.

I hear a lot of bad things from AT&T broadband service. The further you live from the server, the slower your internet speed will be.

I've never had problems with Cable internet service. If Comcast or FIOS is available in your area then go for it. DSL Internet service is becoming crappy.

I can vouch for that. I live in Fort Worth and am considering Charter Cable for a bundle.

Angry Do not get AT&T internet service EVVVVERRRR!!!!

Man I tell ya I have so many problems on AT&T it ain't funny its slow,

responsive, and any time you surf the web for about 30 minutes or so the

service will take you to a page saying cannot connect to the service at this

time and all that crap. So whatever you do not get AT&T and if you find an

area you like and if they only carry this internet service like look elsewhere
