I'm thinking of moving to Leander and would like information on what life is like there. I am a single female 45 yrs old without children, so I'm looking for low crime area.
What's the weather like year round? (tornados, snow, lots of rain, humidity)
What is average rent for a 1 bed house or apartment ( I have small dog and big cat
)?
What is average on utilites a month (elec, telephone, cable)?
Are people FRIENDLY?
I don't want to live in the city (is it big?) but just on the outskirts for natural serenity.
I have to move in spring, I live in NY now and would like to live someplace nice without having to think about relocating agian.
your help will be appreciated.
