Lake Colorado City is up. Last December I built a new boat ramp because the lake in front of my cabin was completely dry. I walked all the way across the lake just so I could say that I did.

I checked the level on line yesterday and it said that the lake was only up about 4 inches, so I was kinda bummed out. But I went up there today to do some mowing and the lake is up much more than I expected. There is now water in front of my place again. It is only a few inches deep, but it is a definite improvement.

Whoa! I just heard some loud thunder. I can't believe it is raining again. I am glad that it is though.
