if your going to make a comment least know what your talking about both TRP and Bayou plan have been progressing for years.. The bayou plan in houston started years ago with the revention of allen landing and other points, and th margert bridge in dallas is part of dallas plans..


If you really didnt care why did you bother to comment ? Your the type of person who calls someone to tell them your not talking to them huh ?

I like the project in Dallas more. The bayou project is nice though but the project in Dallas really stands out. I have a qustion about the water...where is it going to come from??

The River.....All of the lakes in DFW were created by the trinity river and DAMS.

I was about to say the same thing. People fail to realize that the river has a lot of water. Since the river is controlled, the river is much smaller than it originally was. How do you think these 30+ sq mi lakes were created? Sometimes I wish the river flowed freely but if it did millions of people wouldn't have water.

I think Houston's plan is more feasible and realistic as the funding is already in place for a key part (west of downtown) and is already being contructued in phases. Dallas's plan is awesome but I think it's too grandiose for a park. It really depends if you want something functional or over the top.
