Frisco isn't exactly the center of the universe.

Those places are important to you!!.....MY important places are Downtown Dallas, oak cliff,Pleasant grove,South Dallas,Las Colinas, Plano, Northapark,Uptown, Fair Park, Victory Park, Medical Center District, Dallas Convention Center,Irving Convention Cntr,Deep Ellum and last but not least DT FT.Worth

And if you really wanna get technical...You actually can catch a train to the Cowboys stadium....the TRE.

And for the Galleria...red or orange line north to arapaho station. one quick bus ride to The Gallerias door step.

Most people dont even know where Highland Park Village is....thats only a important spot to a very limited amount of people....and they all DRIVE benzes to it..

Or Bentleys or Rolls.

Anyways, you can catch a DART bus from a DART rail station that will drop you off right in front of HPV.

^ You nailed it.

Someone saying mass transit is ineffective is like saying hospitals are ineffective. Effectiveness depends on the degree to which you use and who needs them.

That's one thing that really irks me about people of the Metroplex. Suburbanites telling outsiders they live in Dallas when many don't even live in Dallas County let alone the City of Dallas.

You don't get that in Houston. Its either you live in Houston or you live in Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, etc. There is no gray area in Houston as with Dallas.

Here we go again...something else you said that's not true.

People say their from LA, SanFran, Dallas, Chicago, Toronto, NewYork, Boston, and many other cities when in fact they don't live in the city itself. Y'all Houstonians, and faux Houstonians, really act like that's some type of HUGE benefit of Houston...nobody's impressed that y'all have few suburbs.
