I know, I'm just surprised. They haven't even completed the current hotel expansion and they are already expanding. I guess the first skyscraper in Dallas wasn't demolished in vain.

I also noticed that Warren Baron Bridal and Calame Jewelers are closing their stores as Stephanie Anne recently has and Pockets Menswear will do this week. A lot of the local businesses that were housed in Highland Park Village are leaving to make room for the high fashion designer boutiques. This shopping center is truly going through a dramatic change. It is very exciting to watch as it evolves. I imagine Anthropologie, Williams Sonoma and Cole Haan leaving when their leases are up as they are found in other areas in Dallas as well.
I'm happy all these small local shops are closing and being replaced with high end names. I predicted Calame jewelries would close. Stephanie Anne is a bit useless. I'm sure Gerald tomlin antiques will close too. I highly question why they extended the lease for Robert Talbot. Nobody discuss about that brand. It's not even in the news. They should close it.

My personal wish list is Jil Sander, Celine, Lanvin, and vera Wang.

There have been plenty of new luxury openings in Houston. No one cares to post them and fashion isn't really interesting to talk about. this is thread is basically one poster providing Dallas updates. Nice try by you though lmao. Besides, houston concedes the fashion thing to Dallas. It's the Dallas posters that won't concede the medical industry to houston, etc. You know, typical Dallas.
