I'm going to pick Tyler only because it's larger than the other three combined in terms of population. Also, because of University of Texas at Tyler and Tyler Junior College. There are a lot of young college students live there thus meaning many apartments around. Nacogdoches has tons of apartments for a city of that size only because of Stephen F. Austin State University.

wouldnt agree because nacogdoches has mor apt then lufkin and palestine and housing units on campus is 8,000 with around 5000 other split between nac and surrounding areas ,as far as housing there are almost 9000 units so that have to do with city growth because of the city not sfa.Maybe twenty yr ago yes but now no!!!!!!!!! o yea sfa enrollement is 13000 nac city 33,000.

Tyler of course.

It is by far & large, the largest city/metro out of the bunch.

If it's total number, Tyler for sure. If it's per population, I'm thinking Nacogdoches.

Why in the world would you be bragging about that? Most cities and people living in single family residential neighborhoods DO NOT WANT apartments. They may be new now, but too often they become ghetto neighborhoods after 20 or 30 years. No thanks, keep apartments out of my town if you can.
