Yeah its been fun, Now that I'm married and have a daughter I don't get to go as much as I'd like but my daughter is about the age we can take her and let her have fun now. Plus I'm actually kind of done with Texas, I was born here and lived here all my life and Its been a fun ride but I'm ready to go. I'm thinking about opening a store in Colorado and actually having some seasons, and doing more outdoor stuff like hiking, skiing, etc.

Default changeofpace

Now this was an interesting read and great pics of an individuals life and perspective of where he lives. Those snapshots give a person more of a feel for an area and life in an area than all the statistics, surveys and opinions most commonly found on forums. Thanks.

Your welcome, and thats exactly why I did it. I'm probably moving to Colorado and that kind of what I would like to see. Snap shots of their neighborhood and places they go, what the seasons are like etc. So I can get a feel of the area. Any other Texas, feel free to add your own slice of Texas.

Might want to check out the NW. We have seasons (though not much snow unless you live in the mountains or the eastern part), lots of hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, skiing, snowboarding, and other stuff to do out in nature...but a much milder climate than CO I think. More expensive though probably.

Some of those pictures reminded me of stuff we do here for fun, like hiking down to the beach with a couple (err...sometimes many) beers to have a bonfire, that sort of thing. I don't take many pictures, but I could find a few to put up if you're interested.

nice pictures, thanks for posting them.
Where is that place in Austin (says, "our cabin in Austin"), with the patio overlooking the river?
