It being illegal is the most annoying thing.

I tried it as a kid back in the day. Didn't really care for it. Pot users don't really bother me much, its the loud, obnoxious drunks that annoy me. I say legalize it, treat it like alcohol, ya know...collect taxes on it and use that tax money for some good purpose.
I really think that the tide is changing in the U.S., and here in the Lone Star State as well. I don't think "Mary Jane" should be treated as a crime that warrants such harsh jail time. Having said that, I agree with others who say that marijuana should be available ONLY to adults, used in a private place and not around kids.
