I had no term for "sunshower," and I did choose roundabout.

My term for "sunshower" has always been "The Devil's beating his wife!"

And I also chose roundabout.

Great song, by the way.

I call it a sunshine shower which I've seen on other tests. I picked sun shower as closest. Tried to go on what I grew up with and ended up with Lubbock/Amarillo/ Arlington. Haven't lived in any of those places but mostly in San Angelo and San Antonio. I was happy it got that close. It was by far the most accurate I've done.

There were several questions with multiple terms I grew up with as interchangable, but the quiz did not give me the option of more than one on them. Regardless of which I chose for those questions, I still get placed in the Southeast from Atlanta to Columbus S.C. region. I have lived in Texas all my life. I chose terms I remember from my childhood in San Antonio/Poteet area and avoided terms I learned later in life.

Big factor seems to be the way I pronouce Lawyer. Guess Harvard thinks Texans dont use a as in flaw when pronouncing the word but like to pretend it has an o instead. lol Nobody I ever knew every pronounced it like Harvard thinks we do.

Nailed it. Boston/Worcester/Providence, RI.

I grew up in Boston the first 9 years of my life. I now live on the MA/RI border. The word that gave me away was I call a roundabout a rotary. Only heard/learned the word roundabout the last few years when in Florida.

It gave me east coast cities but I there was a red zone right around where Houston would be. Is it possible that since I was born in the early 80.s around the time that alot of East coasters where moving to Texas that my generation may have adopted some of their saying ???

I grew up in San Antonio and chose "loyer." I've actually never heard a native San Antonian say "law -yer."
