I just recently relocated to Dallas from Seattle and now my mom is moving up here from Seattle as well. I am going to attempt to try and move her by November 17th. (Seattle to Dallas) It will be just us two women, are we going to be okay driving in the weather? Will the roads be bad by then? Should we go south and then over, but its 5 hours longer?? Do I need not worry about it? HELP! We need to do this sooooon.

You'll be fine. Just keep aware of the weather by radio. Go the route you've planned and keep a few blankets and heavy clothes in the vehicle and your cell phone charged.
