Living here, I can attest to the people moving in. YIPES! Talk about congestion. The DFW metro area is now 9000 square miles. The commuting radius is 100 miles in any direction. Yet housing is still far more affordable than the northeast or the left coast.

But we have had enough of the growth and are moving out of the DFW area this year, going to retire to FL. Not that we don't love Texas but it is time to slow down.

The impact of the EFS goes well beyond SA, as well. In our company, we could probably attribute at least a couple jobs to the industry there....
