I am looking for any restaurants or other public places that are dog friendly around Killeen, Temple, Belton! Does anyone know of any? Google isn't turning up much...

What is meant by "dog friendly" at a restaurant? The dog is allowed to sit at the dining table and eat with you?

Dog friendly restaurants typically have a patio area in which they allow well-behaved canines to accompany their owners...

There is a BBQ place in Lampasas off 281 where dogs are welcome under the huge oak trees. Plenty of picnic tables too.

Further down from there is a restaurant The pickle something has a patio and you can bring your dog and sit outside.

Downtown lampasas also has a coffee shop and you can sit outside with your dog.

No problem Fire Side BBQ ,The Sweet Pickle but it's only open for lunch!! Everything is homemade and it's excellent.

Perks is the coffee shop it is on 3rd St Downtown. In the winter time they have a fire, real wood burning.
They also have sandwiches and cookies ect. They have a chess table and games. No wifi tho.

These are family owned so call before going to make sure they're open!
