I don't even think you can find those brands outside of departments stores in the US .

Bloomingdales Looking into Opening a Store(s) in Texas:

"“There are not a lot of opportunities but there are opportunities for Bloomingdale’s to have a larger presence in the U.S.,” said Spring. “Bloomingdale’s is the only upscale department store that still has opportunity for further national expansion.”

Aside from Manhattan, Spring is mum on future store possibilities, though Bloomingdale’s has been eyeing cities and states where it does not have a presence including Texas, Arizona, Seattle and Las Vegas.

The far-flung Hawaii store poses logistical challenges, but Spring said, “It’s a matter of capitalizing on the behind-the-scenes Macy’s Inc. logistics network, and figuring out how to have the appropriate presence of [employees] with experience in the market as well as those first coming to work in the market. There’s going to be a powerful local team, with island experience and people from across the country,” Spring said. He suggested there was no problem recruiting for Bloomingdale’s Hawaii. “There are a number of people working in cold climates wanting to live in a warm climate,” Spring said, half-jokingly."

I really hope Bloomingdales comes back to Dallas. I love the outlet store. I'm just not sure where they could fit in at Northpark, which would be the best location for success. I think Saks biggest downfall in Dallas was being at the Galleria and Willowbend, two bad location choices. At this point Uptown, one of the Park Cities shopping areas, or even Downtown may be a safer location choice for a luxury department store than the Galleria.

Willowbend just announced a 100 million dollar redo, I imagine Bloomingdales takes a hard look there now. The area is leaps and bounds more built out than it was 10 years ago.

It appears Etro has picked Highland Park Village for the Dallas boutique according to recent permits issued.

Plus it seems like the Village is in full swing finishing new spaces to allow new brands to open soon.

Randomly on Sugarfina's website and it appears to also be taking a space in the Highland Park Village as Texas' first.

"Sugarfina Dallas

Dallas, Tx. 75205

Opens mid-November 2015"

Although the Sugarfina site lists the shop opening at 47 Highland Park Village, which would place it in the small space between Ermenegildo Zegna & Tom Ford. After further research it actually appears to be opening a small shop inside of the new "MARKET" concept store that is taking some of the previously Patrizio's space.
