I think Luchesse also has a Houston store if I am not mistaken, will be corrected next time.

I noticed that online, but it was not found when i search the Kate Spade website so I did not include it. Is it a new store?

I found it on the the Kate Spade New York website.

La Cantera also has Carolina Herrera.

Thanks for the heads up I will add them. Dallas has the only Carolina Herrera in Texas (HP Village), the San Antonio store is a CH Carolina Herrera like at Northpark Center (Dallas) & Galleria (Houston).

Very quick turn around, but Shinola seems to be opening a large store in Dallas' Highland Park Village (opening in the recently vacated temporary Hermes store between Tom Ford and Giuseppe Zanotti), Friday Dec 4th according to this DMN article.

Shinola plans store in Highland Park Village | Dallas Morning News

I have no idea why they signed Shinola. There's already one in Plano.
