Balmain has opened at River Oaks District, and Boll and Branch has opened at Highland Village in Houston. I believe both are their first Texas locations. (Balmain is "coming soon" to Highland Park Village in Dallas.)

Boll and Branch is building out a space on Knox Street in Dallas. Brooklinen was rumored to open in West Village at one point, but haven’t heard anything since. I wish the Parachute pop-up would have turned into a full time location in Dallas. Love that store.

I started an Earth shattering thread pertaining to the prominence of North Park Center. I tried looking at the monumental establishment of retail from an unprejudiced viewpoint. It is no longer the zenith where one would find a Northpark Center meeting up with a Neiman Marcus Department Store as the latter has had its eye blackened recently. However, one can argue that its prominence has expanded out even further.
You are welcome to come in and make a comment.

Material Good is confirmed for HP Village. Frances Valentine is building out a space in Preston Center. The LV Men’s store in Dallas closed due to the expanded Men’s section that opened with the expanded LV store at NorthPark.

Houston’s Vacheron Constatin isn’t really in River Oaks. That would be more Post Oak Ave. There’s also a IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger Lecoultre and A. Lange & Sohne there.
