The list doesn't say much about quality of districts, just price.
The Dallas districts are in less urban locations so the price of real estate isn't as concentrated as South Congress or River Oaks District.

In terms of shopping options though Dallas and Houston are head and shoulders over anywhere else in Texas.

But wow, I haven't heard of 90% of these stores. How do people keep up?

They are stand alone boutiques. Zadok subleases the space to those 4 tennants,. The rest of the first two floors are the Zadok jewelry store. And the building as a whole is a mixed use development.

It's funny that most of the exclusive stores at the Houston Galleria have been at NorthPark in Dallas at some point. It's my understanding that LV Men's didn't close, they just consolidated it with the expanded LV store. I wouldn't be surprised to see Wolford come back to Dallas as they recently reopened in Houston and Atlanta. Bally could be another one that comes back to the DFW market at some point. I could see it doing well in one of the Dallas retail areas or up in Legacy West.

I don’t really consider LV Men’s to be an exclusive. It wouldn’t shock me if LV does the same in the future and consolidates its Galleria stores

Nice. I wonder why they aren't going to the Galleria as originally planned.

After Covid, they did a complete reorganization. They’re now more focused on regional metropolitan shoppers instead of touristy locations. The reorganization also shifted a focus on more conservative financials. That’s probably also why (if the rumor is true), that they go to the Galleria instead of NorthPark.

I wouldn’t be surprised if years from now, they have multiple stores across all Texas cities.
