We don't get blizzards in Houston, but the summer heat paralyzes me, I'll be house bound till Oct. I always feel like I have an inferno burning inside me and I cannot get cool, it's very miserable.

It's a little easier to cool off in a drier climate, but it's still HOT. I'd never make in most of Texas with the combination of heat and humidity.

Y'all enjoy! Be sure and bundle up tomorrow as it shows only 87 for Midland--LOL!

It won't take long for 100+ just about every single day there, and I know you will be so GLAD when it reaches 112-115!

NOT.

I dread summer, as usual. The only good thing about it is the produce--fresh tomatoes and chiles! Mine are out and doing nicely....

Here's hoping for the "Chill of an Early Fall..." LOL! It wouldn't be so bad if the heat wouldn't last so long. I can take 3 months, but not 6-9!
