Yup. Nice to be a 1-percenter.

Don't see anything wrong with it. I am considering joint replacement and instead of ELP, going to Mayo Clinic in PHX. I am not a 1 percenter.

Good for you, I hope your surgery goes well! Mayo Clinic is certainly one of the best health systems in the country. Many people here in Abilene have gone to DFW, Houston, Scott & White in Temple, or Lubbock for better medical care. In my comment above I just meant that most people I know can't afford to go out of state for better medical care.

George W. Bush chose Chicago over Houston's Medical Center?
I'd like to hear the explanation for that

To the OP, maybe he wanted to be in Chicago? You know Chicago is a nice place to visit.

George W. Bush used to be in Dallas, until he took an arrow in the knee.

An early start to dumbest post of the day.

Gabrielle Giffords came to Houston for treatment following the shooting incident she was involved in. I doubt if that was a random choice.

Former Presidents have lots of choices for things like this. I have no problem with it. I hope his recovery is swift.
