I disagree with that too. America is supposed to be a marketplace of ideas. People should have, and do have the right and responsibility to complain whether they vote or not.

How about voting no on Prop 1? How about the taxpayers get the real details of how our money is being spent? Props are simply ploys to stuff more cash into the pockets of a few. Big money sure does a great job of hiring ad firms that really know how to mock up doom and gloom.
We already give the Government enough money to support all infrastructure ventures.
I can remember back in the 80's seeing roads in Texas getting built very efficiently. Strange how people are just plain sheepish.
