Well now, love roses, to be fair, it can be difficult to find a good place to park your horse in those cities.

All except the horse riding in the city, yeah I'm for real, who would ever want to even try to ride a horse in Dallas or Houston? it just wouldn't be safe at all.

Why not? Here in San Diego, I catch a wave and surf all the way in to my house by the citrus plantation! You crack me up.

It's just that the world loves cowboys and could careless about watching ordinary people. It's like believing everyone in california is like the housewifes of orange county.Self absorbed older women trying to be in their 20's forever.

Maybe you see Texas in them citys, but I never could, people in Texas will talk to strangers, city people won't, not even in Texas citys, they need to tear down some of them big tall buildings in Dallas and Houston and teach the people to speak to each other and not act so much like city folk, then it will start looking like Texas again.
What if we *enjoy* the fast pace? Or spelling?

Also, tall building have nothing to do with how people speak to each other. And I can assure you they do it more in Texas cities than they do in, say, Illinois cities.

If you think Texas only 'looks like' where you grew up, you're, well, ignorant. There are many landscapes and they're all Texas, like it or not.

motorcycles are the most dangerous kinds, but as far as those things go, I say to each their own, I would never get on one of those things.

Still, I think people elsewhere can't get off all of the images of the "Wild West" when they think of Texas, that it's all tumbleweeds. I'm still constantly reminded of Hollywood and how they paint the picture of what they believe a Texan is. It cracks me up to some degree, but it's also mind-boggling at the same time. And you know it's all wrong to us.
