wandering - Thanks for the "sounding young" compliment. My daughter is about to finish her first year in college, so I guess that means I am not totally old yet. I just talked to a few leasing agents in the area and as far as I can tell there seems to be a need for new residential housing, however the picture isn't becoming any clearer the closer I look. I believe a road trip is in order to help clarify the scene. As for the advice you gave regarding finding a job, I am not so careless as to up and move to a strange place without first securing sound employment. There are several things that need to be set in stone before I start packing. The information you provided was very helpful. Now me & my boyfriend have some serious items to discuss.

Didnt mean to imply you were careless, kk. I myself often move w/o any job. I like to move around a lot. As a nurse, I can move anywhere, anytime. So far as housing, we have more than enough high-end. The battle is to get some low-income housing in place. But I still think the whole thing is about to shatter into a big ruined mess. Just the voice of doom here.
