SLO, what's the price on that second pic?

The burger / veggie ratio looks about right (too much American cheese...but at least I didn't see any freaking Russian dressing or cr*p fries in that pic).

I'll have one of those & a vanilla shake please. (& maybe a handful of cr*p fries for dabbing purposes)

You can order the way you like. Meat x cheese. A double double is 2x2. You can get a 3x3 or a 4x2 or 4x4. Its like $1.15 or so per extra patty I think. And btw, the sauce makes it great....

Are people in this thread really against INO, or is it just a manifestation of spite for the chain not expanding at this time?

I'm not against INO, I just think it's really overrated. They could put one on every corner and my patronage would remain infrequent.

That said, if someone from Houston likes them enough to wish them into town, I have no problem with that.

Anybody that sees this conversation for the first time would think that In-n-Out is a steakhouse
We are talking about burgers people
I can make burgers just like the ones in most restaurants in my house
It's not rocket science

I am more surprised how a thread about some fast food restaurant has managed that many replies and spawned all these discussions. Perhaps I am missing something but isn't it just another Burger joint and aren't there enough in Houston as it is?

Its biggest draw is the fact that it's based in California. That's all its fanatics really care about.

I'll freely admit that it may be the best fast food burger I've ever had (which isn't saying much, since I'm hardly a fast food eater), but it's not so good that Houston needs or should even want one.

In short, anyone who hasn't already tried INO isn't missing anything.

It's a cult thing. They worship INO like others worship Whataburger or Shake Shack. They remind me of a NYC resident who said that he had better Turkish food in NYC than in Turkey. They are just fanatical towards a chain or city.

I kinda did, earlier in the thread, but the topic of discussion is whether or not they're needed in Houston, and I say they aren't. I was never debating whether or not they tasted good.
