Just moved to Texas from another state where I was receiving treatment for a work injury. Workers Compensation Insurance was paying for 100% of my treatment. When I told them I was moving, they said no problem, just find a new doctor and we'll take care of it.

WELL.....50 phone calls later - literally, 50 different clinics/doctors later.......apparently NOBODY in Texas accepts out of state workers compensation insurance. I've called 50 different doctors. From Killeen to Austin to Waco to Dallas to Abilene.

Can't find one.

I talked with the Texas workers comp insurance people and they were gonna research and get back to me. But that was about 10 days ago and no word yet.

Does anybody know of any neurology clinics or doctors that accept out of state workers comp??

I have an active claim, a doctor's referral, and the WCI are 100% on board to pay for my treatment. Just can't find a Texas doctor willing to take it.

I live in the Killeen/Belton/Temple area and am willing to drive 3-4 miles in any direction if I can find a doctor.

ANYBODY have any suggestions or know of any doctors?

THANKS
