We had our home custom built in Corpus for $140 per square foot and that included upgrading everything possible as well as fencing the back yard, sod in the entire yard (90'X135" minus the house footprint as well as zoned heat/ac which required 2 air conditioner units, furnaces and whole house air purification units. The $140 per sq ft included the lot and we are in a gated community.

CaliforniaTexas, sorry for late reply . my ladyand i have decided to buy a house. since neither ones of us is a sprng chicken we figured that would be better for us.soon as i can sell my house in Arizona we shall be in Laredo. all e will bring will be our two dogs and our clothes and personal affects . maybe once we are settled in we might get together. i like the way you have done your homework for your house .
