We've been reduced to picking colleges based on the relative level of humidity? I would hope the investment in time and money would be worth more than a barometric pressure reading. Find a school that meets most of your interests and deal with the weather as part of the incidental process.

SLO sounds very good. I don't think i'd want to stay there after i graduate though. I move to a larger urban area. I don't think i can get residency in CA while attending school. But, Cal Poly seems to be pretty affordable even for OOS students.
