Thank you. The dealership upper management are trying to retrieve my vehicle. But I was told if they can not get the vehicle back, they will get me into an equivalent vehicle. Thank you for your thread.

Sometimes contacting the local news stations will help to pressure the dealer, too. I’ve seen similar segments in the Dallas market before - kind of part human interest, part consumer education storylines.
