Has anyone seen them? Where would be the best place to view? What time? Anymore info?

Yes, I have seen them. Marfa has a viewing spot to park and view them.
I went there on New Year’s Day and saw them.

Digital camera didn’t work too well. Local family recommended good film camera.

No. Been there. There are no Marfa lights. It's complete bs.

Go for the landscape.

I have seen them. Anywhere along the highway on the way out on 90 you could potentially see them. I have been many times and seen nothing and 2 and have seen crazy stuff. I don't know that the time or anything matters.

Have been and seen them many times.
There is a viewing area about 9 miles east of Marfa right off the hwy. Can't miss it.
A clear night is best. The viewing area has places to sit, restrooms and handicapped accessable.
Late at night/ early morning is best after what little traffic there has died down.
