I am almost ready to buy my EOS. My main problem is I cannot find a volkswagen shop near Beaumont. I dont mind driving a ways to buy it but I dont want to have to go to far for maintenance. Anyone have any idea where on is? I have seen lots of Jettas on the road and I cant imagine everyone goes to houston for their maintanence.

thanks

Well...yea. Like Volvo, you have to make the drive or it'll invalidate your waranty.

theres no volvo here either? ugh!!!!!!!!!
with the VW its not only the warranty issue but also not many people can work on the vws. Leave it to me to pick the difficult car.
Beaumont is pretty big, I dont understand why it doesnt have these.

Well Sally, I see you made it down here. How are things?

I think Houston is the nearest dealership. The local dealership went out of business about 4 years ago or at least dropped the VW line. Do the web search. Sorry!

Hi Bob!

Things are going great! A big adjustment though. It is amazing how different things are. I got my car I did do a lot of web searches and couldnt find anything around here. there is a real small shop, but they dont like to do warranty work. they mainly work on the older ones and typically have a wait even for an oil change. oh well. I decided the car was worth it and at least while it is under warranty they will pay to have it towed all the way to houston. If anything it just gives me a reason to go to the city once in awhile and then I remember why I didnt want to live there! haha
I cant believe there was one that went out of business. I have noticed a good amount of VWs on the road here.
