No. I was talking about Memorial City Mall. The mall is staying but the general area is being converted to a town center.

Yes, MetroNational is adding an outdoor section, similar to what some other malls have done (First Colony and Baybrook), though hopefully better, on the old Sears corner. Looking forward to it.

I had assumed you were referring to Town & Country Mall, which was redeveloped into CityCentre.

I give props to Dallas for always thinking big.
If they executed all their plans as intended Dallas would be epic. Almost half as good as their neighbor to the south. ALMOST!

It was a given this would pass. People love spending other people's money... all the spending proposals in Houston passed as well!
