Man, I’m so disappointed. Harwood 14 is ugly AF and Harwood has a track record of their projects looking much worse than the actual rendering. Ex. the Swexan Hotel.

My favorite new building is 2401 McKinney. It’s also across from the Crescent.

Harwood 14 takes the cake for being the worse looking skyscraper being built in Dallas this modern era. Are there any plans to build something taller in that area to balance out that building? It’s so big & bulky for no darn reason. It looks so out of place. They could have made that building look more sleek in design.

Its an interesting building. I don't hate the renderings, but I do have a feeling its not going to translate as well in real life. We'll see.

It's an all-glass building and the rendering does it no justice. The design will be easier to understand in person.

Looks like the Dallas City Council gave the green light to receive millions in federal funding for the D2 Subway.

I don’t think so. Since the building is on a slight hill, you’ll be able to see it pretty well from 35. You can see Harwood 10 and it’s shorter than Harwood 14.

I just don’t like how it looks like they stacked two boxes on top of each other. The design isn’t interesting at all to me.

Right. I hope I’m wrong...but something tells me I’m not.

I knew they would...It would have been regressive if they didn't. As I've stated before...Dallas Has Arrived!!!
