There's no such thing as "Growth for the sake of Growth".

It's called cause and effect... if a city grows, you adapt and advance with that growth to accommodate the people living and moving there.

I liked the second video but I had to separate the link from the shocked face emoji for it to work.

Down below I'm posting Two rendering clips. One for AMAZON and The Dallas Smart District concept.

This is really what that sleepy area of Downtown needs. Whenever it happens it will be an awakening for the masses. I can't wait!!!!!

The Dallas one is really just a concept rendering the design is to advertise its depth in capacity. Not the actual details....so the buildings look basic.

That AMAZON one was amazing. Im pretty what we get will be just as good or better.
Here’s an update to the Dallas Smart District now called Newpark

Just my 2 cents. I've been in San Diego since 97. They know how to do freeways in CA. Through eminent domain they will buy out whole neighborhoods and demolish to put in a freeway. Sometimes houses are moved. Sometimes they had the fore sight to purchase the land when it was empty knowing there would be a freeway someday. However it was done, you can take a freeway to get most anywhere and that's awesome! But there are still too many people here and I've had enough so I'm moving to Texas, see you soon! Yes, seriously.

I grew up in Denver where the traffic planning commission must have not existed until it was too late. By the time a 2 lane road is widened to a 4 lane road after 12 years of construction they have to start over and make it a 6 lane road when the damn thing should have been turned into a freeway from the very beginning. Who wants to take a 4 lane road with stop lights all the way across town with max speeds of 45 mph because there are no other options! So Texas, don't be like Denver be like CA when it comes to road construction, but that's it don't be like CA in any other way stay Texas!

Thank you for this, I was wondering about this. Shoutout to DPatel, he was right all along. Houston and Dallas have a lot more to support future growth than Austin and it’s showing. Austin has some big projects (Google Tower, Apple campus, Tesla gigafaftoy, etc), but they’re all based on one thing and not the size of the projects you see in its 2 counterparts.

I'm sure the naming rights would go to the highest bidder at the end of the day.

They’ve simplified the design. I actually see this one being built and should be a lot cheaper to construct.
