How about people accept that the languages in Texas are English, Spanish and Spanglish?

It's a lot easier that trying to create something that doesn't exist.

Wrong. Spanglish is a Southern California dialect. In Texas, it's Tex-Mex.

That said, there is no reason to form our own language. We have seven distinct dialects of English already, plus about that many Spanish dialects, plus Tex-Mex, plus a bunch of other languages, including the unique Texas German Dialect. And we all manage to communicate just fine.

Keep it simple. Don't create unnecessary work.

Different dialects. Remember, Spanish is no more a homogenous language than is English.

What you mean with different dialects?
Spanish from Tijuana sounds exactly the same to me than Spanish from Nuevo Laredo.

And BTW, I can understand Spanish from all countries from Mexico to Argentina.

We need to write a new language that is exclusively taught in Texas and borrow some Mexican Creole drawl Navajo and mash it up into a language only spoken in Texas!

Maybe simpler than English and yes y’all would be Texan for “you all/ “are you all”. How y’all doin

But I say make it simpler than English

One verb conjugation.

I eat
You eat
He eat
We eat
They eat

No “eats”

We make it no irregularities and very clear .
We don’t need a letter c in the Texas alphabet cus K makes the same sound
We don’t need q cus keu does the trick

If the word you sounds like the letter U we just make it “u”

We don’t need a letter y if it sounds like i use “I” or use “ee” and we only use ee to make long e …just make it super easy . Oo as in soon always “oo” no irregularities no confusion

Texas is about practicality and ease freedom and let loose . A Texan language will reflect it. So easy to learn that you come to Texas you be speaking Texan in 3 weeks

If?
