i am very happy here in Texas and since i still have substantial investments in Calif and still pay state taxes i feel obligated to complain about my former birthplace.

In fact i see no reason whatsoever to replace any of the current leadership here in Texas. The only ***** i have is the drivers who think the speed limit signs are suggestions and you dont really have to obey them!

I’ll admit California does have tamer drivers than Texas overall, but I love our high speed limits and relatively laxed highway patrol compared to most states I’ve lived in.

When we lived in California, CHP was pretty relaxed. Driving fast wasn't an issue. Weaving in and out to drive fast would get you a ticket. At the time, most CHP units didn't have radar, so speed checking was rare.
