Could the value of a university education be less than in the past?

Could the cost of obtaining a college diploma be higher than in the past?

Could Texas have a ton of opportunity for anyone with motivation to get ahead?

These are tough things to quantify.

MIT open courseware has been in the public domain for over a decade.

Maybe society needs to change the way it's thinks about accreditation of individuals and their education.

This might hurt your feelings
But the demand for people with college degrees is driven by capitalism

Do a search for any high paying job and almost all of them require a college degree

So American is no longer a unified group?

E pluribus unum is gone?

I guess you missed the part in American history where it was a crime for people of different colors to get married or live in the same neighborhood.

The idea of “Americans being one ethnic group” is a very recent concept from the last 50 years

No. It’s because the government guarantees student loans to anybody who asks, therefore the colleges know that they can charge whatever they want and people will be forced to take out loans to pay for it.

Literally the opposite of capitalism lol
