Lol…I was thinking the same. Atleast a pregnant woman living in Texas can use the HOV lanes while driving to New Mexico to secure an abortion now.

Utter nonsense, just another attempt to create laws that support the insanity of fetal personhood.

Abbott and co. need to put abortion on the ballot, they really should have done so for midterms already. Let everyone vote on it and that’ll tell them what the public consensus is. Taking away rights without allowing the people to vote on the issue is dictatorial.

When I went to vote I did not see special provisions for viable fetus' to vote. Were there special voting booths at your location?
