West Texas --LandFor Sale --Ten acres tracts

take a peek at these pictures. the first house we all got together and helped him build it. It was big fun, and hard work.

the second house was the first one in Antelope Acres.

The third house was owned by the Sunn family. When I was there only Larry was living there.

Keep in mind I haven't been out there since Mar 2002.

I'm remembering peoples names a little at a time. The first house that was out there was owned by a truck driver, he was hardly ever home. His wife was there most of the time, but I never got to know her. They moved out for reasons I don't know and a man named Theron bought it. He's the one that built the deck and put the other buildings on the property.

I could tell you stories about the Sunns, but I won't

Theron's place is up for sale. He has drilled 2 wells on the property.

Don't forget that the land is leased for cattle grazing and those critters are big!

Do you know why he drilled 2 wells? And do you know how deep the water is?

Thanks

Default Why 2 wells?

The first well that was drilled hit a cavern and went crooked so they couldn't get any pipe down it. So they redrilled another well. The A frame was owned by Roger but he's gone now. Allie, this is Larry SR. JR is back in Michigan. Hope all is well with you. Theron's place is for sell at $90K. As for water here, Antelope Acres does have a community well for $20 a year on a haul it yourself deal. We use it for everything except cooking and drinking. Chico is still around and doing fine. Just not working much now.

The guy from El Paso found out that Mae Carson still had some sort of lien on the place. Wallace hadn't completely paid her, is my understanding. He is taking one of his employees to court next month on charges of fraudulant lien.

Default liens

He's taking Allred to court. She was the one who set up the job fair, did most of the hiring, and handled most of the affairs. She's not the first to put a lien against the place for not getting paid. Others had to go that route to force Wallace to pay them for work already done.

Hey, how are you? We never got to meet, but we knew your son. How's he doing? He had it pretty rough out there for a while, hope everything worked out okay. Larry was a big help while we were helping Roger build his place. (thanks for reminding me what his name was) Where did Roger go?
