Well come on down! We will be having a cookout/skeet shoot on November the 11th. COME ON DOWN! If you are serious about the land, Fred told me that if you mentioned me and this site, he would drop 500 off the selling price. Brie

Default Survey

arihillfarm,

This guy seems cheaper than $2000 for surveying 5 acres. This is the only one I have called so far who actually answered the phone, lol.

Default Jim Clemmets might be moving

I stopped on HWY 62-180 and read the for sale sign that Jim placed next to his entrance gate and it said: "For Sale, Airport, 110 acres with hanger home".
Every town has someone that messes up the good nature of the town as a whole, and for many of us, that person is Jim. Hopefully someone with a better disposition, who is a lot more open minded, will buy his place. Brie

That info is not on the sign, but I think that he listed a phone number, perhaps I should let the several pilots that have won judgements against him for the junk aircraft he sold them what it is. Then their lawyers can get in a few calls before he changes the number again. Brie

Who is this guy? I don't think he lived there when I was there.

I will be going by there this afternoon. I'll load it up to you tomorrow. The runway is at a 90 degree cross to the prevailing winds. When someone mentioned that to him, he snapped at them saying that he was an air transport pilot, and HE could fly in those conditions. I can too, I just wouldn't want to do it ALL the time. Brie
