Nacogdoches is really really booming and both of these national chain resturants will add even more of a diverse choice of dining in the city.

Nacogdoches is a booming city? lolololol.

Can you tell me the growth percentage rate in the last ten years for Nac? Yes, I did research on it but want him to tell me directly so I can laugh more.

Don't get me wrong, I love Nacogdoches. I lived there for 4 years.

LOL@Applebee's

This is not a representation of East Texas. Not to mention my hometown of Longview has had an Applebee's there every since the early to mid 90's.

Cool . I've never been to Nacogdoches, but I have a really good friend who attended undergrad at SFASU. She's always been very complimentary of the town.

If you want fun in east texas Nac-Town beats Tyler,Longview and Lufkin that is a cultural shock
Nacogdoches is about to pass a city ordiance to let bar and resturant establishment stay open to 3:00 in the morning.Tyler,Lufkin and Longview isn't on that level at all so basically that will make our night life even more hotter then what it is.

Popeyes was in Tyler over 20 years ago. They closed all 3 locations down because the franchise owner at the time was getting up in years & his kids didn't want it (had their own careers) so he sold the properties to Dominoes Pizza & the other one turned into a gas station, which is now a Chinese restaurant.

I made a thread about Popeye's coming BACK to Tyler after many years of absence.
