As a person who comes from a beautiful state (california) and has been living in hillsboro for 2 years and considers that her biggest mistake I would say to anyone never to move to hillsboro. It is horrible! You WILL regret it! here's why:
1. the roads are a nighmare (there's no way around them and your car will start paying the price for that) everyday, anywhere you go, you will look like a bubble head driving your car because of the endless pitholes and there's absolutely no hope for them to get fixed any time soon.
2.There's just a whole different breed of people there. I mean just take a look around when you visit walmart .... you will always find all the freaks at your nearest walmart but nothing compares and nothing will ever compare to what my eyes have seen at walmart. No offence but theres just something very wrong with those people.maybe is the water!
3.Most of the houses are in horrible shape. People should not be livivng under certain conditions but Hillsboro's people do not care as they would live in a home that is literally falling apart.
4.Pleople are extremely close minded and nothing freaks them out more that change. They fear change to the extreme of not accepting new bussiness they are very old fashioned and HATE outsiders.
