Hello All,

Im working up a pretty extensive relocation budget, comparing where i live now to what the costs in Austin Texas would be. If you dont mind im looking for input on the average monthly costs of health insurance (for an individual, male, 25-35) and the average monthly costs of home insurance (fire theft, natural disasters for a 2500-3000 sq ft home around austin/round rock).

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
