True, but over the past several years Houston has had the upper hand, we'll see if that changes anytime soon, of course I hope not...

Yes we concede. Houston has managed to control our weather and is pounding us with snow. Damn you Houston.

yes, upper hand is synonymous with winning...

*upper hand (on someone)

Fig. a position superior to someone; the advantage of someone. (*Typically: get ~; have ~; give someone ~.) John is always trying to get the upper hand on someone. He never ends up having the upper hand, though.

Let's start with a few obvious amenities.. Dallas lacks an NFL team, an MLB team, and an MLS team. Yall have no international airport in your city. Houston is currently building it's 2nd.. Dallas "arts district" has othing on our museum and theater districts. Our parks are becoming exponentially better than Dallas'. Our economy absolutely destroys Dallas'. Idk, you tell me how Dallas competes with Houston..?

lol. I love the condescending quotes around "arts district." I'd bet my life savings you've never stepped foot inside of a Dallas art museum and you know nothing about them. And I proved a week or two ago with an actual unbiased link that Houston has what is considered the worst park system in the state's larger cities. Houston is currently investing billions to play catch up. [mod cut]
