They are in the process of doing this as we type. The rail lines are going in, Pedestrian upgrades are going in. Townhomes are coming in. I bet the rate will increase after the rail is in and the economy improves.

Fort Worth's tryin' to do the same with some it's neighborhoods, especially in the southside. But it is (of course

BTW, Robertson isn't the only one getting a renovation. Hofheinz Pavillion is getting a facelift, too. And thank God... It looks like a government building.
